Worrying will never change the outcome

We've been worriers since we were young as you can see from a page from Leah's journal that she completed when we were 9 years old.

As we get older, there seems to be more and more to worry about. And, now our children notice our worry.
Yet, has worrying ever made things better? When I noticed this quote "Worrying will never change the outcome" next to my mother's desk during Thankgsiving weekend, I just had to take a picture to remember this quote. It is so true. Worrying has never changed the outcome. Worrying only depletes energy and makes it more difficult to find solutions.

Are you a worrier?
What do you worry about?
How do you stop yourself from worrying?
