It has been difficult to share my story and ask for the help I desperately need.

I have been struggling greatly with an eating disorder relapse that was exacerbated by the pandemic and the stalking I have experienced for over 11 years .

On March 23, 2020, I entered my first virtual partial hospital program.

On May 5, 2020, I transferred to my second virtual partial hospitalization program (PHP).

On June 30, 2020, I was discharged from PHP because I could not afford to continue treatment and had to return to work.

On January 31, 2021, another stalking incident triggered another serious relapse.

On March 15, 2021, I entered my third virtual partial hospital program.

On May 14, 2021, I was unexpectedly discharged because the virtual program had to suddenly close.

On May 17, 2021, I entered my first virtual intensive outpatient program while continuing to attend virtual peer support groups. I am also waiting for assessments with the only two eating disorder programs that are in-network with my current insurance provider.

Unfortunately, I continue to struggle emotionally, physically and financially because I am on my second 3+ month medical leave of absence from work in the past 15 months.

On July 1, 2021, I must pay $3,800 to continue treatment since my coverage year starts over with a new medical plan administrator.

If you are able to help me by donating $5 to fund my continued treatment, I would greatly appreciate your financial assistance.

If you cannot afford to donate, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you.
