Jeff Galloway on Race Disappointment
I had the amazing opportunity to attend the runDisney Princess Half Marathon Meet Up with Jeff Galloway on Friday, February 24.
During the Q & A session I asked Jeff, "How do you deal with race disappointment?" Here is the video that includes his answer to my question.
His advice helped me cope with my own race disappointment after the Princess Half Marathon. I hope this video will be helpful to you if you experience race disappointment.
